Return & Exchange Policy

Because I’m a small and growing business, I’m unable to accept general returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll work with you to resolve it.

Lost Packages

  • Once your order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. I am not liable for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, you may file a claim directly with the shipping provider.

Customer-Initiated Returns

  • Returns for reasons other than damage/incorrect items (such as change of mind, sizing, etc.) cannot be accepted. If an exception is made, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
